In February 2018, Bottega Veneta launched its massive Maison at 740 Madison Avenue, Manhattan, encompassing three landmarked 19th-century townhouses that were renovated into one sweeping space under the direction of House creative director Tomas Maier. In celebration of the launch, the brand took out a full wrap-around ad in the NYT, debuted a limited edition exclusive "Icons of New York" leather goods capsule, and shot a campaign that included still life photography of the collection, portraits of Tomas Maier, and interior shots of the store.
